Refunds & Cancellations
Because each Memorix item is handcrafted and personalized, we’re unable to offer refunds once production has started.
If you’d like to cancel or edit your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily replace it or issue a refund, just reach out to us within 3 days of receiving it with a photo of the issue.
