Memorix is a UAE-based business that creates personalized keepsakes, including photo magnets, pins, keychains, and other custom items.
All products are handmade or individually customized with care.
Orders & Customization
- Orders can be placed directly through our website or by contacting us on WhatsApp.
- For custom items, you’ll be asked to send your photos or designs via WhatsApp or email.
- Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible, since each item is made specifically for you.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of inappropriate or unclear image content.
Prices & Payments
- All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
- Payment can be made securely through Stripe (for card payments) or Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but any confirmed order will remain valid at the price paid.
Delivery
- Orders are typically delivered within 3 working days across the UAE.
- Delivery times may vary during weekends or holidays.

Refunds & Cancellations
- As each Memorix product is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds once production has started.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll replace or refund your item.

All designs, photos, artwork, and creative content on our website (including Sirine’s original illustrations) are the property of Memorix and protected by copyright.
